Reads Landing is an\u00a0 historic steam riverboat fuelling station and lumber town on the Upper Mississippi where the old\u00a0 hotel has been turned into a modern micro-brewery. According to the Christmas bird count, over 140 mature Bald Eagles (mostly from Canada!) work this half mile stretch of open water throughout the winter. Great action, great fun!!&#8230;..and the beer wasn&#8217;t bad either!!!
