\u00a0The trail of destruction in my travel wake from Manchester, Westminster Bridge, London Bridge and Barcelona, continues with hurricane Irma’s devastation of St. Maarten. \u00a0Ninety per cent of all buildings have been damaged with at least a third \u00a0having been completely destroyed.
