OK, it’s that time of year for a critical evaluation of personal growth over the past 12 months. Without a doubt, I believe the greatest progress that I have made\u00a0 has been in low light photography. Here I unabashedly give a shout-out to the great photoshop diva Katrin Eismann whose instruction\u00a0 both behind the camera and in front of\u00a0 the computer has taught me everything I know on the subject.<\/p>\n
However reviewing my portfolio it is obvious that I didn’t shoot enough of these images and have therefore solemnly made a New Year’s resolution to do more of this in the future.<\/p>\n
The following are sample images shot at precisely L’Heure Bleu, the time of day just before dark when the Rayleigh effect spreads a beautiful bluish hue through the firmament.<\/p>\n
