I was fortunate to have spent a week on a fishing adventure on the Lake of the Woods in Northern Ontario.
HOME SWEET HOME
Our home base, a house boat moored at our secret location.
FISH STORY WITH A DIFFERENCE
One morning, I spotted a large fish flopping on the surface of the lake and in obvious difficulty. I jumped into a canoe and fished him out. To my surprise a Northern Pike had literally bit off more than he could chew and had inhaled a large Sucker which was nearly fully engorged in the Northern’s gullet.
